Chicessence.om will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results obtained from the use of such information or for any technical problems you may experience with the Site. This disclaimer does not apply to any product warranty offered by the manufacturer of the product as specified in the product specifications. This disclaimer constitutes an essential part of this User Agreement. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Chicessence.om or its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with the Site, its services or this User Agreement.
Return, Exchange and Warranty

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will take back sold items within 7 days for either exchange or refund subject to the following terms and conditions. Any product purchased within 7 days and returned as dead on arrival/not functioning as per operational manual/falling short of declared product specifications, will be exchanged or refunded after it has been tested by our personnel or manufacturer’s technician as applicable. All Products must be returned with their original packaging materials, accessories, manuals, registration card, Freebies, Bundled items and Promotional Vouchers. Products that are damaged, scratched, package is tampered, or the packaging material is not available then the exchange or refund will not be applicable.
When returning a specific product any data or information stored in the memory or storage device, will not be chicessence.om responsibility for the transfer of such data or information to another product given to the customer as an exchange or repair, as for the loss of any data or information still residing on the returned product. For products beyond 7 days, manufacturer’s warranty applies, if any.

WARRANTY IS NOT APPLICABLE IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

Due to hygienic reasons Health & Beauty products are not subject to any return, replacement or
refund, unless found defective within (7) days, unless still sealed and not used.

Any open box return or exchange will be subject to the following deduction:
The product purchased is not used according to instructions given in the INSTRUCTION
MANUAL, as determined by the authorized service centre / company personnel.

Defects caused by improper use, as determined by the Authorized Service Centre / Company
personnel. Warranty shall be void if product has failed under certain conditions/types (example: Water logging, misuse etc.)

Modification or alterations of any nature made in the circuitry by the purchaser or unauthorized personnel, as determined by the company personnel. Site (premises where the product is kept) conditions that do not confirm to the recommended operating conditions of the machine/unit.

The original serial number if removed, obliterated or altered from the product. Defects caused by household pets, rats, cockroaches or any other animals or insects.
Under no circumstance the company is liable for loss directly or indirectly for any of the following:
A. Third party claims against customer for losses or damages.
B. Loss or damages to records, information or data.
C. Customer is advised to take back up for hard disk contents before handing over the unit for repair. The company shall not provide hard disk backup service.
D. In case of repair, hard disk contents may be destroyed, and customer will not be informed in advance.
The company shall not be liable for any data, records or program lost due to repair.

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (including, without limitation, wear and tear of
camera lenses, batteries or displays).

Warranty does not cover defects or alleged defects caused by the fact that the product was used
with or was used otherwise than for its intended use.

While preparing for a return, product must be in its original packing with full set of accessories
and manuals included. We do not accept return of products which have scratches, are damaged
as a result of misuse, or malfunction due to wrong voltage connection. At our sole discretion, we
may consider returns that do not satisfy the above criteria.

Items bought on Chicessence.om are as er manufacturer’s WARRANTY. The products having
less or no warranty will have the details mentioned in the description of the product. Some items
might be on a longer warranty period as well, so we request our customer to read the description
on the product detail page very carefully.

If an item received is not the same one ordered, doesn`t work or function as advertised, is
missing any component or accessory, faulty, damaged or not in the advertised condition, you
have the right to return it and we will arrange for it.

You are also given a feature on every product page to rate the item’s quality and working. You
have all the rights to rate the product’s performance. You have the options of filing a complaint as
well, rating the product and at any time contact the Chicessence.om team directly.

You have the right to return the item only when you have received the time and signed off the
delivery order for the same. As mentioned above, it should be communicated to the
Chicessence.om customer service team within 7 days once you receive the item.

Refunds will be done smoothly to your Chicessence.om account.

Finally and to give you the ultimate Peace of Mind, should you still be unsatisfied with a purchase
after the conditional time-frames for Returns has elapsed, you could still contact us to discuss
your concerns and we will attempt to help out in every way we can. Any returns beyond the time-
frames of our No-Questions-Asked policy mentioned above might be subject to a 30% deduction
from the total price of purchase and Chicessence.om reserves the right to only refund 70% of the
amount.

Due to hygienic reason exchange of Personal care items are not possible.
